Balloons are, by nature, temporary items. Although Belle’s Decorations by Design uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.
Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes to designs, this will only ever been undertaken be in the best interest of our clients.
Arrival: Decorating Staff will arrive onsite as specified by the client. We cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete décor) if not allowed a reasonable amount of time to complete décor services as described in this agreement.
Material Guarantee: All materials are guaranteed to be as specified by the manufacturer. If a supplier discontinues a product or manufacturer changes material type, Belle’s Decorations by Design reserves the right to make any last minute changes (at our discretion based on availability of materials at time of event). We reserve the right to substitute an item of like kind and quality of the same or higher.
Accident Clause: We are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our decor that is caused by mischief or mishandling by the client, guests or site staff. Please, do not allow guests to put the latex balloons into their mouths or inhale helium.
Outdoor Décor Clause: We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. If inclement weather conditions make it difficult or impossible to produce as specified Belle’s Decorations by Design will do its best to be flexible with providing décor alternatives. There will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control.
Payment: Final payment may be made by cash, paypal or funds transfer. Final payment must be received at the time discussed to assure fulfillment of this agreement. Once final payment has been made, there will be no refunds. Belle’s Decorations by Design is not responsible for weather, acts of God, or other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate location or date changes to your event if this should occur.
Cancellations: The paid downpayment/deposit is non-refundable. In the unfortunate situation where an event is cancelled with at least 30 days notice before the events date, Belle’s Decorations by Design will try to accommodate change of date, event and venue needs if required and the monies paid will be valid for 12mths from date change. All cancellations for Weddings or other major events require minimum 14 days notice. If cancelling after this date payment is still required in full.
